Baking times

I have an excellent Panasonic bread maker  SD-ZB2512.
I have been baking with success for about a year, and now want to try using the dough recipes, where the machine makes the dough, and I shape the dough by hand and bake it in the oven.
In the instructions book recipe and programme are clear.
On the instructions page it says “Shape the finished dough and allow it to rise for the second time according to the recipe, then bake in the oven.”
But the recipes contain no times for the second rise, and no baking time or temperature.  What am I missing?
