How to connect panasonic kx-tda200 with grandstream

Please tell me if there is any way to connect Panasonic kx-tda200 with Grandstream ucm6208
via DHLC card or something else.I know that it is possible  buy a 
(Panasonic KX-TDE0101 IPCMPR Main Processor Card TDE100/200) card, but it costs $ 500, 
which is expensive for me ((((
