KX-TGF975S - How many handsets can listen in with call from/to outside line?

With the Panasonic KX-TGF975S system, how many of the five handsets can listen in to a call made to / from an outside line?  

(I currently have all five handsets working, but only two of them seem to be able to answer / listen to the call. The others say "Busy".)

    To ensure that all handsets can answer a call, check the "Shared" setting on your phone system. This allows multiple handsets to use the same line to answer calls. To set this up, press the "Menu" button followed by "Settings" and then "Shared". Additionally, note that some phone systems may have a limit on how many simultaneous handsets can be used to answer calls; this varies based on model and type.
